NOTHING DONE IN DEALING OFFICES ON WORKING HOURS AND SHIFTS. IT STARTS IN SEPTEMBER

a) The matter of the negotiations:

In three meetings (May 26, 29 and 31 July), took place between the RSU, the Trade Unions, and the Administration, the local negotiations on the issue and shift working time.

c) IN RESPECT OF THE NEGOTIATION.

As regards the working time the administration has rejected any changes to the benefit of staff (such as the use of MSW extending the flexibility to cover the range 7:30 to 10:00, rather than the current 7.45 to 9.30 ).
But in reality all the talks focused on the question turns. The shifts have always been paid a total absence of rules, leading, therefore, a proliferation of stations turn to the consumption of the General Managers, or, conversely, to an obligation that shifts, then, have never been paid for the 'allowance provided by the national agreements.

Ma soprattutto (ed è per noi questo l’elemento più importate) è stato richiesto all’ Amministrazione di ripresentarsi alla riapertura della trattativa con l’indicazione delle esigenze che giustificano l’utilizzo dei turni richiesti e di fornire un monitoraggio dei turni finora svolti nell’anno 2009.
