Information Technology Telecom Italy: a hole in the accounts of some 350 mln euro.
Now who pays? The manager? No, of course, the workers!

On 4 th March, the company formalized the sale of a business (art.47 Legge 428/90) della Funzione IT Operations verso la società SSC srl, definendo tale nuova realtà lavorativa come la “fabbrica” del software del Gruppo mentre la parte di progettazione dei processi informatici e di interfaccia con tale nuova realtà rimarranno all’interno di Telecom Italia.
Questo dovrebbe, secondo alcuni manager di Telecom, risolvere il problema dei conti in rosso del settore IT lievitati nel tempo a causa del continuo e crescente ricorso da parte del management nell’affidare a società terze lo sviluppo del software, la manutenzione, ed il delivery degli applicativi informatici per la clientela.

Così i "fannulloni" sono serviti!
Nessun lavoratore della PA potrà evitare i negativi contraccolpi di questa legge fortemente voluta non solo dal Governo e dal suo Ministro Brunetta ma anche da sindacati servili come Cisl, Uil e Ugl, sindacati che in questo ultimo anno
e mezzo hanno permesso al Governo di:
triennalizzare i contratti (così, perdiamo ancora più salario);
umiliarci con 40 euro lordi di aumenti contrattuali mensili;

riumiliarci con l'indennità di vacanza contrattuale (8 euro al mese) al posto degli arretrati. Il Governo, con la scusa dell'efficienza e della meritocrazia, effettua a man bassa tagli al salario (non solo riferito alla produttività, ma anche alle progressioni economiche dosate col contagocce) e tagli di personale (tra pensionamenti senza turnover e mancate stabilizzazioni dei precari, sono ormai decine di migliaia i posti di lavoro persi recentemente).
Avevamo ragione a dire che l’obiettivo di Brunetta è taglieggiare i lavoratori distruggendo i servizi pubblici, altro che le chiacchiere sulla trasparenza. Contrasteremo in tutte le maniere possibili il de profundis dei diritti dei lavoratori pubblici e lo smantellamento dei servizi e della pubblica amministrazione.

colleghe. In data 11 marzo si è tenuto l’esame congiunto con le RSU e le OO.SS nel corso del

quale, i rappresentanti aziendali hanno confermato la definizione della cessione di IT

Operations dal 1 aprile (prospettando ulteriori cessioni di ramo d’azienda per altri

settori come i customer, la rete,le vendite, …) e affermato che sia in SSC che in

Questi sono solo alcuni dei Tribunali che hanno già annullato in primo grado la cessione: Venice, Bolzano; Bolzano2, Viterbo, Sassari, Rimini, Bologna, Novara, Turin; Torino2, Genoa, Palermo; Palermo2, Naples, Rome, Forli, Ancona, Ferrara, Pescara; Savona.

Riteniamo che tale nuova Camera debba essere composta dai rappresentanti espressi dai Consigli Regionali al loro interno, in proporzione al numero di elettori per Regione. Ad essi spetterà un indennità suppletiva (ad es. il 20% su quella di carica) a carico delle Regioni.
Una nuova Camera, così composta,  abbatterà il costo dei parlamentari nazionali (seguendo l’esempio, dell’80%) senza la riduzione del numero degli stessi. Ferma l’Unità di Italia, siamo per una accentuazione del regionalismo in direzione di un forte e diretto protagonismo delle Regioni nelle istituzioni europee ed internazionali . Siamo per lo scioglimento del le province statali e coevamente per la promozione dei liberi consorzi e le unioni tra i comuni.
