Ebbene non troverete una proposta sulla parte salariale, ci si preoccupa invece dello 0,20% per le alte professionalità, si chiedono maggiori risorse da contrattare a livello decentrato (una affermazione che stride con la difesa del contratto nazionale e del salario di base che la Cgil dice di difendere), non una parola sul decreto legislativo Brunetta che vorrebbe dare la produttività solo ad un quarto del personale, solo dichiarazioni vuote sulle maggiori tutele per il personale precario e non la richiesta di stabilizzazione dello stesso e l’allungamento dei tempi per l’assunzione dei precari nella Pa. Non una parola sui codici disciplinari sempre più repressivi, non una parola
sull’aumento delle indennità e dei buoni pasto.
La piattaforma di Cgil Cisl Uil è solo aria fritta perché il Governo ha già deciso i contenuti (scadenti) del contratto e, come ogni volta, lor signori firmeranno.
