I EDUCATION AND TRAINING Occorre superare la dicotomia istruzione privata ed istruzione pubblica , facendole concorrere, anche mediante riconversione, per una copertura integrale, territoriale e didattica, del Paese, con beneficio per la mobilità individuale, collettiva e per la qualità e quantità delle ore di studio. Riteniamo che tale obiettivo lo Stato possa raggiungere solo mediante una struttura modellata sulle Agenzie nate in seno al Ministero delle Finanze, con vantaggio dello snellimento del Ministero attualmente competente. Occorre, d’altra parte, che la mission del servizio debba tornare ad essere una sola: l’istruzione.
