Open Letter:
Information Technology Telecom Italy: a hole in the accounts of some 350 mln euro.
Now who pays? The manager? No, of course, the workers!

Da tempo assistiamo ad uno sbilanciamento quasi totale delle attività nel settore informatico to the so-called "labor" outside of that now held only outside the name of belonging whereas daily work for years alongside the employees doing the exact same work activities. This system costs
pockets Telecom obviously much more than the providers of work and receive wages as hear the management is an essential and strategic contribution to the achievement of business objectives and outstanding quality of products delivered to the service score.
Analyzing the results obtained in the management of some major projects such as CRM Business concerned you would not think, high construction costs (circa 60mln di euro) qualità del servizio offerto pessima.
Questo il modello organizzativo che l’IT ha adottato nel tempo per conseguire business objectives identified by Telecom Italy in terms of cost and quality of service: to spend a lot to give almost all outsourcing activities on the quality of services provided by third parties, bad and totally out of control.
This situation has long been always reported to the Trade Unions category in an attempt to start up a dialogue with top management to reduce gradually the contribution of other companies and reinternalizzare activities in favor of internal resources, but until now without success and with the fear on the part of Trade Unions , to annoy the so-called "great powers" that led to a hole in the Information Technology economy of around 350 million euro.
So here's the stroke of genius!
The solution to Telecom today by Italy to implement a new organizational model of IT is officially declared the start of legal procedures for the sale of the business of IT Operations (2200risorse) to society SSC Ltd ( 600risorse).
Too bad that the business indviduato for sale deals with development, testing and operation of information systems and IT will have a range equal to that of a dead branch off from the tree.
Yes, because the company has stated that the "mind" (Architecture and engineering) rimmarà internal systems as well as Telecom Italy Policy frameworks will remain the property and will be granted to use "Newco" SSC srl.
At a rough guess it seems a bit 'anomalous sale of a business but we will, as a committee of workers, to determine the truth by law firms to which we have given a mandate to act. That is the famous Plan
Computer Group which was to bring out the prospects of industrial development of IT and the ICT industry to support innovative platforms for TLC?
Who knows what's in store for the next business plan, scheduled for March 25 next, in the areas of customer and staff areas are the Network!
What the workers do not explain, and now in particular those of IT, is the silence of CONFEDERATION CGIL CISL UIL on this matter and the industrial restructuring of Telecom Italy, unlike the media noise and instrument of policy for months that fill the pages of newspapers with statements and possible solutions to financial problems Telecom that have little to do with the company's future and what it represents for the country system.
WE CALL NOW:
• You know, through the press, the position of CGIL CISL UIL Telecom Italy on outsourcing of IT and other segments of the reorganization of the Group in the process of outsourcing (Customer, Network, Staff). Of
to promote a discussion table with the CEO to study the plan and the lines of the Group's development at national and international level. • A
Telecom Italy to withdraw the supply of IT Ltd and SSC to open a serious confrontation with the unions, on the causes that led to this decision, the continued use of third parties, by the senior staff of ' IT for implementation and management of computer systems with high costs for banks Telecom, unjustified and harmful to the poor results for both image and quality of products. The estimate of the relationship between external and internal resources in IT Telecom Italy now stands at 1:1 (about 4000 to about 4000 domestic and external resources).
We are part of a large company and we are proud, Telecom Italy for us is the pride of belonging to a country that strongly wanted the development of this major industrial group and someone for about ten years trying to destroy all his forces. But we are stubborn and determination to achieve the goal of being able to revive, Telecom Italy and those who work every day, that industrial prestige it deserves.
