Wide Fitting Wellies Ladies

NAVIGATION A VIEW - A STORY THAT PAST MEETS THE FUTURE -

In quell’operazione che prevedeva la fuoriuscita da Telecom dei primi 13.500 lavoratori (Then the diaspora will continue without interruption due to date), the Trade Unions confederate did not find the strength or even did not feel appropriate to seek to dismiss at least the branch transfer involving solo 500 workers, 250 and 250 Logistics dell'Autoparco .

March 2003 - The logistics is outsourced in March 2003 after not being replenished by other staff. In fact, the Branch, composed of the CDR , Logistics and Operations Micromagazzini , meanwhile, was "magically" inflated other staff, to reach 400 units by 250 provided. It was acquired by TNT Logistics a company controlled by the Dutch group TNT TPG. In fact just before the passage 62 workers have been on the move by Telecom Italy, so the transition will involve "only" 338 units . For

groped to digest the transaction for the workers involved, Telecom Italy, with the assistance of the confederal unions, offer a handout of 5000 euro gross who had agreed to sign a release form which amounted to the surrender to take legal action against the sale. Many workers, assisted by stewards confederations, have unfortunately accepted, often by then regret it and try to invalidate the release form before the courts, but about half of the workers preferred to instead pursue a lawsuit challenging the legality of the sale.

were taken dozens and dozens of lawsuits with the request to the courts to declare unlawful the sale of the, since in reality it was a simple transfer of the employment contract provides that the express acceptance by the worker.

May 2004: As was the case then in all the outsourcing done by Telecom Italy, TNT Logistics will soon start the first procedure mobility ex L. 223 for the dismissal of 74 workers ;

July 2005: One year after the first TNT Logistics opens second procedure mobility for the dismissal of 64 other workers ;

February 2006: Respecting the annually in 2006 comes yet another mobility. This time will affect 20 workers .

Within three years, only for mobility, has been cast off 158 workers well for almost 47%, and fortunately that the sale to TNT was also greeted by the confederate as having an operation to secure employment the strength of TNT that was considered an industry leader with prospects for growth!

May 2004: As evidence supporting the thesis that one of the lawsuits showed that the absolute non-persistence of a true branch of the company, in 2004, TNT Logistics is forced to resort to posting (Articles 29-30 under Law 276/2003) at other company (TNT Global Express) of all 127 workers micromagazzini. This was necessary because the activities of micromagazzini have nothing to do with the other activities of TNT Logistics Logistics and why did not the 99 locations around the country who are for this service. The paradox is that since 2006, when TNT Logistics been sold by the TNT group, the gap is to a competitor!

December 2006: Following a major restructuring of the group TPG-TNT to cope with a heavy indebtedness, TNT Logistics was sold to an U.S. pension fund, Apollo Management and assumed the name of CEVA Logistics . This transition has not led to the owner direct and immediate impact on employment, but has opened the prospect of future sales because the Fund has the objective to make a profit, the company putting on the market after five years, probably practicing politics as usual in the stew!

May 2009: Ceva Logistics (formerly TNT Logistics) for the effects of the crisis of 2009, but also taking the opportunity of an uncritical openness to social security benefits from the government, has sought and received the formal layoff extraordinary for a year to zero 29 hours for workers. These days the CIGS is about to expire but the prospects of resuming full employment are at least questionable.

To summarize the 338 workers hired to date are still employed about 160 workers . This reduction in employment confirms our initial fears that made us say that the branch transfer would be transformed into a mere breaches of the law on collective redundancies.

Proprio in questi giorni voci sempre più insistenti parlano Telecom Italy plans to reduce the affiliated stores (for whom the works CEVA) from about 700 to 250. If confirmed, the transaction will result in a dramatic situation for the area of \u200b\u200blogistics operation dedicated to the management of these stores. In fact, a decline of about 2 / 3 of the shops will probably also result in a substantial reduction in employment!

Regarding the legal aspect of this ugly history is worth mentioning that the 338 workers hired less than half have legal recourse by refusing to sign the waivers, as advised stewards confederations. Who would like us instead, in meetings with our press and altre iniziative consigliavamo di non firmare e di adire alle vie legali, spesso sono stati riservati epiteti molto pesanti di irresponsabili, facinorosi e settari.

Here are some locations of the Courts of Appeals in which we have already won:

Turin Torino2, Milan, Venice, Genoa, Bolzano; Bolzano2.

Unfortunately, over the slow pace of justice we have to endure the arrogance of Telecom Italy, which continues to occur in all cases and in all grades in an attempt to delay the solution.

But the worst thing is that Telecom Italy continues to refuse to comply the judgments of reinstatement . One might object that we are in Italy! The country in which the powerful can boast openly of the Judges and the Law! Recently we also started to present of Telecom Complaints Complaint against prosecutors in Italy with more hoping that at least the criminal aspect can find a match.
