the meeting was held yesterday staff on the question of forcible transfers of officials DCNC UCL (legislative coordination office of the Ministry of Finance). This meeting has seen strong participation and involvement by staff who reiterated its firm opposition to any suggestion of forcible transfer of officials and denounced the behavior of the often too little respect for the rules and the national collective agreement. The meeting was concluded on Dr Betun, Deputy Director of the Central Legislation and Litigation, which took note of our notice to arrange transfers without the requirement of voluntariness of the person concerned and assured that by the administration non si procederà ad alcun trasferimento coattivo. Tale risultato è senz’altro il frutto della mobilitazione e della partecipazione del personale che è riuscita ad imporre un primo stop all’amministrazione: resta inteso che da parte nostra continueremo a vigilare affinchè gli impegni assunti verbalmente vengano mantenuti e perché nel futuro nessun diritto venga scippato ai lavoratori. Valutiamo positivamente anche l’intervento della RSU che ha partecipato all’incontro e ha inviato unitariamente una nota all’amministrazione diffidandola dal disporre trasferimenti coattivi e in palese violazione del CCNL ed invitandola, qualora si dovesse individuare il funzionario volontariamente disposto al trasferimento, ad avviare con la RSU gli istituti di relazioni sindacali contrattualmente previsti.
