government incentives for the production power generation from photovoltaic system. What is it?
This new post will explain briefly the mechanism of state incentives for the production of electricity , analyzing the feasibility and convenience. A study details that will allow us to approach in small steps to a real understanding of this house, the ecological home.
In Italy since the beginning of 2000 the program has been activated''roof''to promote solar photovoltaic, a system of incentives based on investment with a contribution of up to 75% of spending.
In September 2005 a new law is introduced based on a mechanism incentivazionedell'energia produced by photovoltaic systems defined as''ENERGY ACCOUNT''with different rates depending on the power plant.
In March 2007, radical changes are introduced by a new decree that simplifies, streamlines and improves the earlier law.
latter,''''INCOME ENERGY 2007, the decree law that allows us to take advantage of government incentives for the production of electricity from photovoltaic systems for the duration 20 years.
we will go into details.
MIND POWER: The prize for the energy produced by the plant.
The principle that governs the mechanism of the Energy Account to introduce an electricity production, and investment required to achieve it.
The decree provides access to the incentive rates for those who produce energy through photovoltaic systems, and fixed rates as low as 35 to a maximum of 48 euro cents per kWh produced.
let us just a very common question:
the incentive is proportional to the energy electricity, that is, the incentive is paid up all the energy produced by the plant that we install, not only on that we put the excess into the power grid.
The incentive is not paid by 'ENEL , but from GSE , the National Manager of Electrical Services: The payment is monthly, for 20 years. Then the plant owner receives payments on an ongoing basis, with a maturity typically monthly, for the first 20 of the system.
Here's an example of what I pay for a year, the GSE system 3kW.
Remuneration is different from North to South, because the same plant from 3kW to Milan in a year produces about 3,500 kWh, while in Palermo, where there is more sun, can produce over 4,500 kWh in a year.
Therefore, referring to a partially integrated system architecture, the owner of the Milan receive from GSE 3,500 x 0.44 = € 1,540 per year while the owner of the Palermo receive 4,500 x 0.44 = € 1,980 per year.
And the electric bill?
Taking the above example, if my annual consumption is 3,500 kWattora (called "shots" on the bill), and my plant produces 3,500 to kWattora 'year, the bill is cleared. This mechanism is called "net metering" and is accomplished by Enel with a count on an annual basis of kWattora consumati e dei kWattora prodotti.
The incentive of the Energy Account and savings on electricity bills add up, and gain in a year in Milan € 1,540 from the Energy Account and save € 600 more, and then, with a plant from 3500 kwh per year, income € 2,140 per year. In Palermo, my income is 1980 + 600 = € 2,580 per year.
We see then that What happens in 20 years.
In 20 years, the gain of the Energy Bill + savings on the bill are:
(1,540 € + 600 €) = € 42,800 x 20 years in Milan
(1,980 € + 600 €) = € 51,600 x 20 years in Palermo
This simple reasoning does not take account of likely increases electricity bill: if only we assume an average increase in bills of 5% per year, the figures above become more than € 50,000 in Milan and Palermo to over 60,000 €.
How much is the 'system produces kWattora year 3500?
the North Italy to achieve this productivity of a plant I need 3 kW of power, and the cost is about € 20,000 VAT (the price is to considered purely as an example) and installation included. As if to say that the Energy Bill I have more than doubled the investment, no financial risk.
Our friends in the South are even more fortunate because they have more sun, and they just 2.34 kW for a plant to produce the same energy will spend approximately € 16,000 including VAT and installation: for them the capital will rise by over 200% .
